Firstly one should use only horses priced at 6/1 or better.  Then find only non handicap races with 8-10 runners, delete any 2 year old races and 5-6 furlong races.
Find the races that have have two clear favorites in the betting forecast.  Look for the 3rd favorite and choose only those that are prices at 6/1 or better. 
Back the horse each way and when the betting opens ensure that all are running!

Firstly one should only use the racing post for your selections and use only horses that have finished in the first 3 places in each of its last three outings.
Eliminate any horse that does not appear in the topspeed rating.  Also dump any horse that is not forecast as the race favorite. If you are then left with more than one selection choose the horse with the shortest forecast odds.  This is your selection!

Look for beaten favorites last time out and check the form of the horses and if no worth while form then this is a candidate.
Check the early morning betting forecast price for the horse, you can also us betfair. If at any time in the day up to this time of the race, there appears to be money going for the horse - i.e the price starts to shorten then this is a selection. 
Results show a strike rate of around 38% and a return of investment of around 35%!

Favorite Nap Horse Racing Betting System

Use only non handicap races with the fewest number of runners and with a maximum of eight declared runners.  Should two races qualify then choose the race with the shortest price favorite in the betting forecast.
If the horse is at least nine or more betting prices clear of the second favorite then this is the selection.
